Ashley Villa is a family run guest house offering clean and comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation in Bath. Why not have a few drinks from our licensed bar and watch it from the comfort of the lounge. Our bar offers a wide selection of drinks including local beers from Bath Ales and a local organic cider. We now offer a Lunch and Dinner Menu which includes fresh home made pasta and home made pizza as well as steak and chips. When the weather forecast is good we offer Bar-B-Qs in the garden. We offer a freshly prepared full English breakfast, cooked to order. A choice of fruit, cereals and yoghurt's from our breakfast bar, along with a choice of fruit juice. We offer a range of teas including English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Red Bush, Mint, and various fruit teas. Coffee is a specially selected Kenyan Blend, presented in a personal cafetiere. Our cooked breakfast comprises bacon, sausage (vegetarian sausages are available), fresh tomato, mushrooms, baked beans, a choice of eggs and white or brown toast.

Through the french doors leading out from the lounge you will find a pretty patio garden with tables, chairs, and parasols. In warmer months our guests can enjoy the added bonus of our outdoor heated swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a hard day in the office or after a days sightseeing, and very popular with our younger guests! An area with sun-loungers is also available. We are only 1.1 miles from the city centre, a level 20 minutes walk. There are plenty of regular buses, or you can take a leisurely walk along the Bath and Avon Canal to the town centre. Plenty of private off street parking covered by a CCTV monitor .

Rooms Description

13 redecorated in a contemporary style rooms with a neutral colour scheme, modern lighting, wooden Venetian blinds and bright modern pictures. Our new bathrooms have modern white suites and many have under-floor heating. As well as twin and double rooms we have 2 large family rooms, one accessing the garden. The second family room is a divided suite giving privacy to both parents and children! One single room is also available. Luxurious and fragrant liquid shampoos and body wash soaps are provided. All rooms are provided with telephone, hairdryer, a selection of tea, coffee, chocolate and biscuits, and colour flat screen TV. Free WIFI internet access.

We are now offering one complimentary two hour pass at the new Thermae Bath Spa for any couple staying a minimum of three nights between Sunday and Thursday*. A second 2 hr pass must be purchased at the same time. This will allow you to experience the new Spa, the indoor pools, steam rooms and open air rooftop pool over looking the city of Bath whilst bathing in Bath's natural hot spring water!
