Uniquely situated on the edge of the City of Wells (England's smallest City). Islington Farm was built more than three hundered years ago, and given to the Church in Queen Anne's Bounty. The Property has been privately owned since 1982 and still retains character with beamed ceilings throughout and inglenook fireplaces in two rooms. Adjacent to the magnificent Catherdral and The Bishop's Palace and Gardens the farmhouse has a lovely rural outlook over fields and parkland. St Andrews stream runs through the grounds. The town centre and popular high street is a mere 3 minutes away.

Wrinkle Mead is a self catering cottage within the grounds of Islington farm, converted to the highest standard from stables in 2004. Each room in the cottage has retained its character with valued original beamed ceilings.
