Children are welcome, but sorry, no pets and no smoking. The rooms are comfortably furnished and nicely decorated, with a cosy dining room and a pocket garden, carpeted in flowers and with a patio section.

30 Mary Road B&B, is only 10 minutes from Wells, making it a perfect base for exploring the West Country. Wells Cathedral is a beautiful place to start, an architectural triumph begun in 1180. The market place is a focal point of this town, and the B&B is only 2 miles from Wookey Hole Caves, a perfect place to explore with kids. Why not finish off the day at Goodfellows, cooking light but satisfying European dishes with fresh caught fish.
