The house stands on a positive ley line and benefits from stunning panoramic views of the Vale of Avalon. The abbey, Glastonbury Tor and Chalice Well are all just a short walk away, as is the cathedral city of Wells, Clarks Shopping Village and the Royal Bath and West Showground.
