A regular bus service passes the end of Charlton Road to the beach, and shops, a post office & newsagent and a fish bar are situated just around the corner from the property. Weston attractions within easy walking distance include the 18 hole seafront golf course, Clarence Park bowling greens, the Tropicana and Weston's open-air swimming pool.

Guests enjoy a Full English Breakfast served daily at 9am or earlier by arrangement. Optional 3 course evening meals are also available from Monday to Saturday at 6pm and on Sundays at 1pm. The Guest House is non smoking throughout and a Silver Award Winner with 3 Diamond Grading.

Rooms include Ground Floor en-suite bedroom suitable for the elderly & phsically impaired (one small step to ground floor). First Floor en-suite with double bed & single bed suitable as twin. Large family room with bathroom. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities & colour television. Childrern under 12 years when sharing with 2 adults stay free. Babies under 2 years in cot stay free. Senior citizen reductions.
