Home Farm Cottages are a selection of 4 star character self catering 1, 2 and 3 bedroom cottages sleeping 2 to 7 guests. The cottages are situated within two stunning acres in tranquil historic hamlet of Barton. With a backdrop of the Mendip Hills, guests benefit from easy access into Wells, Weston-Super-Mare, Bristol, Glastonbury and Bath. A choice of outdoor activities are available nearby including cycling on the Somerset Levels, fishing at Cheddar Reservoir and walking along the West Mendip Way and coast.

Within the site guests have access to a relaxing hot tub in a decked area with views overlooking the Loxton Valley (available from April to September with a small charge per session). Laundry facilities are available by arrangement and an ample parking area is situated near all the cottages. The cottages are non smoking throughout and we do not accommodate pets. All cottages are beautifully renovated character farm properties including stone barn, milking parlour, old Granary and farmhouse kitchen conversion. The Bakehouse, accommodating two, is the perfect romantic hideaway.

Cottages comprise: The Hayloft with 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4/5. The Granary Cottage, 3 bedrooms sleeps 6 + 1. Scrumpy Cottage with 1 bedroom sleeping 2/3 and The Bakehouse with 1 bedroom sleeping 2 guests. All cottages are fully equipped with modern kitchen, well furnished lounge/diners with satellite TV, video, radio and CD player. Bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, modern bathrooms, lawned or patio area with seating except The Bakehouse. Night storage radiators. All Linen, towels and initial basic necessities provided. Electricity by meter reading at standard tariff (no coins required).
