The Bays Farmhouse is a character 130 year old self catering stone cottage situated at the foot of Cheddar Gorge in pretty Cheddar village. Views of the Gorge can be seen from the property and the Cheddar caves are a mere 300m from the cottage. A village pub and restaurant are directly adjacent and a choice of take-aways are within walking distance including Chinese, Indian, Pizza, Thai and traditional chippie. Retaining many original features, the cottage is spacious with 4 bedrooms, accommodating upto 10 guests. Perfect for families and groups, the cottage has its own enclosed rear garden with BBQ and a conservatory.

The Bays is ideally placed for access to outdoor leisure activities in the Mendips. Mountain biking, fishing, golf, horse riding, rock climbing, caving and cycling are all available nearby. The Somerset coast and beaches are a mere 25 minute drive from the property and Bath, Bristol, Glastonbury and Wells are all within easy driving distance. Dogs are welcome by arrangement and bed linen, electric and central heating are all inclusive in the price. Parking is on-site for four cars and a large lockable garage is available for bike storage. A baby sitting services is available if booked in advance.
