The historic 17th century Carpenters Arms Inn is perfectly situated overlooking the Chew Valley west of Bath and south of Bristol. Converted from a row of charming Miners cottages, the inn offers a superb choice of fine real ales, homecooked food, fine wines and contemporary en-suite accommodation in pretty tranquil village Stanton Wick. The perfect location affords guests easy access into historic Bath, Bristol and Wells, all of which are within a 13 mile radius of the inn. The Chew Valley and Blagdon Lakes, the Clevedon coast, Cheddar and the Mendips are also all within easy reach.

The Carpenters Arms Inn has a reputation for fine food and a wine list to suit all tastes. The extensive menu changes regularly and incorporates the best of local and seasonal prduce. Special diets including vegetarians are well catered for. Lunch is served between 12pm and 2pm Mondays to Saturdays and 12pm until 9pm on Sundays. A delicious sandwich menu is available during Saturday afternoons from 2pm to 6pm. Dinner is served between 7pm and 10pm Mondays to Saturdays and all day on Sundays.
