Feeling more like a 5 star hotel, The Hollies is a mere 10 minutes drive from historic market town Yeovil and 25 minutes from Taunton. Licensed for Civil Wedding Ceremonies, the hotel offers extensive wedding and events facilities, inclusive of stunning 17th century restaurant and elegant spacious banqueting rooms. The Hollies is also home to Yeovil's premier purpose built conference centre accommodating events from 10 to 150 delegates. The hotel also serves as the perfect base for weekend breaks with easy access into the West Country and special Weekend Break rates available.

The stunning in-house restaurant is situated in a large section of the original 17th century period house and was extensively refurbished in early 2008. With seating for 60 guests, the restaurant has charming oak beamed ceilings, atmospheric oil lamp evening lighting and two large open fires. The finest local produce is used where possible, with a choice of English and French cuisine complimented by our extensive wine list. Weather permitting, our outdoor terrace offers the perfect setting for alfresco dining and our original oak beamed bar has a welcoming large open fire, perfect for fireside meals and relaxing drinks.
