Three well appointed cottages in a recently converted 15th century barn on Somerset/ Devon border. Bed & Breakfast rates also available

Stawley Wood is a small family-run working farm set in the beautiful rolling hills on the Somerset and Devon border near Wellington & Wiveliscombe. It's three self catering holiday cottages offer flexible accommodation and can be booked seperately or together, sleeping up to 18 people including sofa beds. Midweek changes are available. Every bath/shower room has underfloor heating and each cottage has a washing machine.

The cottages are unusual in that the daily living area is upstairs and the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. Upstairs, each cottage is open-plan with a wood-effect floor, attractive window shutters, high ceilings, with beautifully equipped kitchen and dining area. Each kitchen has a fridge and electric cooker with fan assisted oven and separate grill. Shippon and Cider cottages have a dishwasher. Each sitting room is well equipped with TV, video and music system. Each has a double sofa bed for extra guests.

Rooms Description

Shippon Cottage has three bedrooms and can sleep up to six people; Cider Cottage has two bedrooms and can sleep up to four people and Stable cottage has one double bedroom for two people.
