Merlin House Holiday Apartments are ideally situated in a peaceful location just 100 yards from the unspoilt Blue Anchor Bay Beach. The apartments have spectacular views of the coast and surrounding Exmoor National Park hills and are conveniently close to the West Somerset Railway. The West Somerset Coast Path along the cliff tops is also situated nearby, making the apartments a perfect base for walking holidays. Pubs, shops and a cafe are all within walking distance and Minehead's many seaside attractions are a short drive away. For those wanting to see historical sites visit the close by National trust sites of a Norman castle and the quaint village of Selworthy.

Three Star Graded Merlin House offers two beautifully appointed self contained apartments converted from an Edwardian residence. Applegarth Apartment sleeps from 2 to 7 guests in two rooms, the first having a double bed and bunk bed, the other having a king and single bed. Guinevere sleeps 2 adults and a small child on a z-bed, consisting of an open plan bedroom with one double bed. Books, games, puzzles, and children’s toys are all provided. Stunning views of the steam railway are from both apartments and to the rear. The large garden includes garden furniture, BBQ, hot tub and private patio areas. From here you can relax in the hot tub while gazing out to sea in the afternoon or at the stars in the evening. A shared laundry room is also available to guests and secure storage for cycles is provided. Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and charged at £15 per dog per week.

Two self contained tastefully appointed apartments. Both well equipped with gas fired central heating, TV with DVD/CD and radio, and Free WiFi. Fully fitted kitchens with fridge, freezer, electric cooker and microwave. Washing up liquid, hand and tea towels, dishcloths, toilet rolls, and cleaning products are supplied. All linen provided except bath towels. There is ample room for cots. A cot and highchair can be provided on arrangement for a small charge. Applegarth, a spacious family ground floor apartment, sleeps 2-6. Porch doors open onto shared gardens & patio. The apartment includes two family bedrooms and a bathroom with bath & shower over. Guinnevere, a first floor studio apartment, sleeps 2-3 guests. (2 adults and a small child in a z-bed). It offers stunning views of the garden & sea, an open plan lounge, bedroom & fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, and bathroom with bath & shower over. The apartments are non-smoking throughout. Car parking available on premises.
