Tethinstone Cottage is a stunning thatched property enjoying a tranquil and picturesque setting in the hamlet of Tivington, at the heart of Exmoor National Park. The main A39 road, running between Minehead and Porlock, is easily accessible, making this an ideal base for exploring the unspoilt beauty of the surrounding National Park. The cottage stands in an acre of garden with two adjacent paddocks which are available to anyone who wants to bring horses or exercise their children or dogs. Tivington has a post office, telephone kiosk, village shops and public transport, all of which can be found less than one mile away.

Tethinstone Cottage comprises of three large bedrooms, one with exposed beams; a large lounge with inglenook fireplace and exposed beams, colour TV, gas fire; ground floor bathroom; and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave etc. Everything you might need is supplied with the exception of personal towling which is available on request for a small charge per bed.

Tethington Cottage has one double bedroom, a further bedroom with twin beds and a single bedroom on the ground floor, where an additional z bed can be added if required.

Specialities

Pets are welcome as long as they are kept under control and not left unattended in the house. There is a small weekly charge for pets and a maximum of two dogs.
