Enchanting Edwardian house with king size bed & breakfast rooms in peaceful location a short walk to Burnham on Sea town and beaches on the Somerset Coast.
Welcome to Priors Mead Bed & Breakfast, an elegant Edwardian house owned by the same family for 40 years. Set in beautiful gardens with weeping willow trees, the house is accessed by a peaceful, tree lined road just a short walk for the town and beaches of Burnham on Sea. Being an easy five minute drive from the M5, the town also offers an excellent touring base for visiting the historic towns of Bath and Bristol. The attractions of Cheddar and the beautiful Mendip Hills are also within easy reach.
There is a large swimming pool set within the gardens of the bed & breakfast available for guests to use. In the elegant dining room, there is a baby grand piano and there is ample parking at the property so guests can leave their car and take the easy walk into town, taking in the country pubs and restaurants available along the way. Facilities in the local area include tennis, fishing and horseriding.

All our rooms have views over the beautiful garden and have king size beds, remote controlled TV and ensuite or private facilities.
Specialities
We offer special rates for stays of three nights. Unfortunately we do not offer special rates for children. Fans of John Cleese will be interested to know that Priors Mead was one of the homes that John lived in during the war.
