14th Century, Grade I listed manor house with many period features offering bed & breakfast and self catering accommodation with views over the Quantock Hills.

Blackmore Farm B&B is a Grade 1 listed 14th century, mentioned in the Domesday Survey. In 1954 the Dyer family took over and in 1984, as sitting tenants, Ken and Vera bought the freehold. The B&B is now run by Ian and Ann Dyer, committed Christians and farmers born and bred. Blackmore Farm retains several romantic period features such seasoned oak beams, stone archways and medieval garderobes. Breakfast is taken in the Great Hall, around a 20ft carved Oak table. The room also features a massive sandstone fireplace.

Blackmore Farm is a no smoking property. Children are welcome. There are disabled facilities, TV and radio, ironing facilities, central heating, Internet access, a garden and a real log fire. We offer facilities for wedding receptions, with home cooked menus, catered for in the main house, or you could erect a marquee in the garden. Local fun things for kids include Wookey Hole Caves, Longleat Nature Reserve - with famous lions! - or Haynes Motor Museum. Adults might prefer visiting local National Trust sites, Clarkes Village Shopping Centre or the Somerset Distillery.
