To give you the best start to your day we have an extensive breakfast menu using only good quality, local produce together with a range of teas and filter coffee. Vegetarian and special dietary arrangements can be accommodated by prior notice. If you have a long day ahead of you or it is the perfect day for a picnic, we can supply a tasty packed lunch to take with you on request. There is substantial off-road parking available and a lockable garage facility for cycles. The house is non-smoking and regret we do not accept pets. We offer a 15% discount for stays of 3 nights or more.

All rooms have power showers and one has bath also. The rooms to the front of the property overlook the Quantock Hills and rooms to the rear have far-reaching views of the Brendon Hills leading on to Exmoor.

Directions
Come off the M5 at J25 and follow signs for A358 Minehead. Stay on this road for approx. 8 miles (go past the signs for Bishops Lydeard and West Bagborough) and you will see the sign for Seven Ash. As your start to climb the hill be indicating left and you will see our blue sign at the brow of the hill. Turn in to the car park.
