Theatre Royal, Ustinov Studio and The Egg Theatre Bath

The Theatre Royal is the traditional Georgian Theatre in central Bath. The Theatre regularly hosts productions including international stars of screen and stage. The Ustinov Studio is a nationally acclaimed national theatre within the Theatre Royal complex that has gained a reputation for programming cutting edge productions. It has been undergoing a million pound refurbishment which aims to improve the intimate seating plan to give the audience the full impact and immediacy of the varied productions.

The Egg is the Theatre Royal's theatre particularly aimed at children and young people. Productions are aimed at family entertainment and listings of shows are helpfully tagged with what age the production is suitable for. There is also a family friendly cafe, The Egg Cafe. The Rondo Theatre Bath Somerset

The Rondo Theatre on St Saviours Road in Bath regularly hosts a range of theatre, music and comedy. It is one of the most highly regarded small theatres in the country.

The Mission Theatre Bath Somerset - Murder Mystery Parties

The Mission Theatre, despite being a 200 year old grade II listed congregation hall, is home to Bath's newest theatre company, Next Stage Theatre Company. This is a non-professional theatre company that organise a range of plays, workshops, educational initiatives, live music, film shows and arts festivals. The theatre is a 100 seat auditorium with a smaller 30 seat performing space. There is also a licensed Bistro and toilet facilities accessible for disabled visitors.
